These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and Treehaus (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website and using our design subscription service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Overview
Treehaus provides a subscription-based design service where Clients can submit requests and receive design deliverables.
Requests are handled one at a time (or based on your plan)
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Work is completed based on queue order and clarity of requests
We reserve the right to:
Refuse requests outside our scope
Pause work on unclear or incomplete submissions
Decline content that violates laws or third-party rights
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All final deliverables are transferred to the Client upon full payment.
Our Rights
We retain the right to:
Display work in our portfolio and marketing
Showcase non-confidential projects
If you require confidentiality, this must be agreed in writing (e.g. NDA).
Client Responsibility
You confirm that any materials you provide:
Are owned by you or properly licensed
Do not infringe third-party rights
4. Third-Party Assets
Some projects may include assets such as:
Fonts
Stock images
Illustrations
If these require external licenses, you are responsible for obtaining them unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Subscription & Billing
Billing
The Service is billed on a recurring basis
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Failed Payments
We may suspend access if payment fails.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable
Exceptions may be granted at our discretion
If a refund is issued:
You may not use any work produced during that period
7. Fair Use
Our service is designed for reasonable, consistent usage.
We reserve the right to:
Limit excessive or abusive request volumes
Adjust workflow if usage negatively impacts service quality
This ensures a fair experience for all Clients.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
Illegal or harmful activities
Copyright or trademark infringement
Offensive, abusive, or misleading content
We may refuse such requests without refund.
9. User Conduct & Restrictions
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform
Interfere with service operations
Use the Service to compete with us
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Interruptions may occur due to technical or external factors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
